SYDNEY: Men's swimwear label aussieBum was awarded for its export success at the 2009 Premier's NSW Export Awards.
The label, founded by Sean Ashby in 2001, won the Small to Medium Manufacturer export award at a ceremony attended by Premier Nathan Rees.
A number of other awards were presented to large and small businesses across many industries.
Known for its men's swimwear and underwear, the Camperdown based company reported an annual turnover of $23 million for the financial year 2008/09. This was a 30 per cent growth on the previous year.
