MELBOURNE: Katarzynkha head designer Kate Tucker is to join 19 indie fashion and accessory designers in an exhibition of bespoke collections titled Yellow Brick Road - Independent Fashion Designer Exhibitionism. Set for an opening night on October 19, the works will be displayed on a life-size yellow brick road featuring a treasure hunt referencing the land of the Munchkins, the apple orchard, the haunted forest, the Scarecrow's corner and the enchanted poppy field. Tucker's collection comprises six hand made bags priced from $190 to $599, with profits from hers and other designers' opening night sales going to South Melbourne's Kombiz Youth Network.
