Entrepreneur and BRW Young Rich List member Dorry Kordahi has made another acquisition.

Kordahi, managing director of DKM Blue Management, has acquired womenswear label Mint Lifestyle.

The brand will join DKM brands China Doll, Silique, Lemonade on the Lawn, Weekends, Zambelli, Evalinka and Isay.

Mint was founded by Veronica Allen in 2004 and she will continue on in the role of creative director.

The label has been stocked in David Jones, Myer and selected independent retailers throughout Australia.

Minit specialises in luxe-bohemian wear, with exclusive prints and fabrics referencing jet set hippies of the 60’s and 70s.

Kordahi said Mint is a welcome addition to the brand stable.

"It’s all about synergies.

"The addition of each new brand to our stable has concomitant effect on itself and the group as a whole.

"They feed off each other."

DKM Blue Management brands are stocked in over 550 independent stores throughout Australia and New Zealand.
