A womenswear brand with over 100 stores across Australia and New Zealand is planning to get back in line with its customer base of working mums.
Premier Investments brand Jacqui E has appointed best-selling author Tara Moss as its new brand ambassador, with a schedule of advertising, customer events and promotions lined up from today.
Group general manager of marketing and online Georgia Chewing said the move will ensure its position as a brand for working mums and busy executives.
"Tara reflects the values and essence of our brand and embodies the Jacqui E customer perfectly."
Moss will start appearing in campaigns from today, with Jacqui E operating just under 110 stores across Australia and New Zealand.
Jacqui E was among several Premier Investments brands to report a sale declines for the first half of fiscal 2012, sliding 14.6 per cent.
The brand was behind Jay Jays, which saw revenues fall 15 per cent on last year, and followed by Dotti which recorded an 11.6 per cent drop.
Jacqui E has been producing contemporary womenswear collections since the 1950s.
