Australian footwear label holster has now registered with the Vegan Society, recognising that its product is free from animal cruelty and exploitation.
According to Google Trends, Australia is the top country in the world searching for 'vegan', with a dramatic rise in ‘vegan’ searches in the last 12 months, making Australia the largest growing vegan market in the world.
Holster co-founder Ben Nothling said the brand was aware of the impact fashion was having on future generations and was looking to take the necessary steps to reduce holster’s ecological footprint.
We ensure our footwear only uses vegan-friendly materials, recycled materials in packaging and no production waste.
"Globally the animal free movement is on the up and we are proud to be certified vegan as it will allow holster to appeal to a whole new market of animal aware consumers”.
