Melbourne-based boutique brand Liam Dillon Design has launched a line of bespoke kangaroo leather accessories.
CEO and founder Liam Dillon began the venture to explore his undeniable passion for leather, design and sustainability.
“Designing is an incredibly rewarding creative process,” he said.
“I developed a passion for making accessories because the creative possibilities were so much greater. I am always trying to design them to be multifunctional but still have a minimal aesthetic.”
Each product is made to order and locally crafted in Brunswick, Melbourne.
The leather is produced using only natural dyes and organic materials, ensuring that the material is completely biodegradable.
The kangaroo hides are ethically sourced from a tannery in Queensland. Committed to the conscious reuse and upcycle of excess materials, Liam Dillon Design repurposes its leather offcuts as business cards and brand stamps for product boxes.
