It's no secret that the pandemic put pressure on retail operations and finances.

During the NSW lockdowns, the National Retail Association estimated that for each week large parts of the state were in lockdown, retailers were losing a combined $1 billion in sales.

And for PAS Group and Mon Purse, the effects of the pandemic were too much to bare, both entering administration in the last year.

However, both were bought out of administration and are now on stronger, renewed growth paths.

In the third day of Ragtrader's 'Retail Reinvented' series, CEOs navigating and leading their teams through significant business changes deep dive into retail restructures, reinventions and redesigns.

PAS Group CEO Eric Morris, Mon Purse CEO Robert Moore and Fordham Group partner Michael Sutherland join day three of our five-part series.
