Australian retailer Big W has just become the exclusive stockist of Warner Bros’ first-ever Discovery-branded apparel range in Australia.

The new range is being produced in partnership with Caprice Australia, a multi-category business that designs and produces generic, licensed and branded products. The top brands that design through Caprice include Disney, Marvel, Hasbro, Mattel and Nickelodeon, and is also the local licensee for Authentic Brands Group – the US owner of Australian-born brands Quiksilver, Billabong and Roxy.

Available exclusively at Big W, the new Discovery range adds on to Discovery Mindblown toys sold at the retailer. The range includes a selection of men’s t-shirts and swim shorts.

“Discovery has been telling real-life stories of exploration and adventure for over 40 years,” Andrew Bromell, the AU/NZ vice president at Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, said.

“For the first time, we’re bringing that spirit to life through an apparel range, helping Australians experience adventure in their own backyard, and live the Discovery lifestyle every day, in an affordable and accessible way. This is only the beginning of Discovery’s continued expansion into the lifestyle space in ANZ.”

To mark the launch, Warner Bros has partnered with Camps Australia Wide (CAW) to connect with explorers across the local market. Together, they will share stories, road trip content, and exclusive experiences across channels.

“Discovery is an iconic brand synonymous with adventure and it feels like a natural fit for us,” Camps Australia Wide CEO Heatley Gilmore said.

“Together, we’re making it easier for Australians to get outdoors and make lasting memories.”

The Discovery apparel range is available now at Big W stores nationwide and online. Big W operates around 179 stores across Australia.
