Puma Oceania has placed its support behind marriage equality, launching its #LetUSAllTieTheKnot campaign, joining the growing list of fashion labels supporting the 'yes' vote.

Puma has worked with Melbourne-based knotting expert Professor Shoelace, Ian Fieggen, to create the Equality Knot.

Teaming with creative partners Cummins & Partners Sydney, the Puma team have brought the ‘Equality Knot’ to life through animated and still content.

Launching through a microsite, www.equalityknot.com, the brand will upload the how-to instructional video and visual imagery for the knot.

Puma will also offer 5000 limited edition shoelaces, in the six colours of the rainbow flag to support the initiative.

These will be available at Puma's Chatswood and Melbourne Central flagship stores, as well as online and at sneaker boutique Butter Sydney.

Puma Oceania GM Pancho Gutstein expressed the brand's support for the campaign and all those involved.

“This initiative is for equality. For love. For everyone. It is about supporting our people; whether that be our employees, our sportspeople or our consumers.

“At PUMA, we stand up for individuality and being true to who you are. We welcome diversity in all forms.”

Australians will be given the chance to vote for or against same-sex marriage until November 7.

As of September 12, a postal vote has been circulated in a move that could see marriage equality legalised.

Fashion brands General Pants, Volley and Alpha 60 are among those already in support of marriage equality, launching in-store and eCommerce campaigns.
