Bridal label Grace Loves Lace has launched virtual fittings in the wake of social distancing measures.

Following the announcement of only allowing one guest along with the bride for in-person appointments, the business has gone a step further to cater for the brides who are shopping from home.

Grace Loves Laces founder Megan Ziems said the team is equipped to utilise the digital space to provide brides with the best experience.

"Virtual appointments are an opportunity that brides-to-be can use whilst they have the spare time right now.

"It’s the perfect time to take stock and plan out the essentials, and the dress is one of them.

"Our GLL stylists are working from home and they are ready to offer a unique, personalised consultation no matter where in the world the bride is via live video chat," she said.

GLL has also extended its online stylist chat to 24/7, further supporting brides-to-be purchase their dress.

"We have introduced 24/7 online team chat to women all around the world on Skype, live chat, email and phone," Ziems said.

"It’s a one-on-one experience and the bride is able to ask as many questions as she needs.

"We put a lot of time into training our team and they are incredibly passionate about what they do.

"They can help put together a complete look for the day without the bride having to stress over it," she said.
