Streetwear chain Incu has taken over the operations of Vanishing Elephant.
Huw Bennett and Felix Chan will exit the brand on July 1, 2015.
Incu founders Brian and Vincent Wu will take full control of Vanishing Elephant moving forward.
The internal team will remain otherwise unchanged.
Vanishing Elephant creates men's and women's wear collections with international distribution, wholesale and retail operations.
This includes stand-alone stores at Westfield Bondi Junction and QV Melbourne.
The brand was created by four co-founders.
