Flash sales and designerwear are all part of an American online shopping website which launches in Australia tomorrow.
Members only site Gilt.com stocks brands such as Versace, Emilio Pucci, Vera Wang, D&G Junior, Diesel and Valentino and sales lasting 36 hours kick-off each day.
The site sells clothing for men, women and children, accessories and homeware. To celebrate the launch Australian customers will be able to take advantage of free shipping until November 22.
Members can sign up for free and founder of Gilt, Kevin Ryan, said each sale contains a limited amount of inventory and lasts about 36 hours.
“We take great pride in putting together a curated selection of designer merchandise each day, allowing our members the ability to shop for current season collections at a steep discount retail price.” Ryan said.
Next month luxury men's retail site Park & Bond will be made available to international customers using Gilt.com and members will also be able to shop from their mobiles.
