Australian-owned streetwear brand, Unit has partnered with an international celebrity to launch a rocking collaborative collection.
The action-sports/streetwear brand, founder by Gold Coast resident Paul Everest in 2002, has linked with Tommy Lee of rock band Motley Crue to launch a signature clothing line which will be distributed globally.
The range, developed by Tommy Lee alongside Unit’s design team, will include a t-shirt, board short, jacket and denim, and will drop into Australian and USA streetwear and action sports retailers from December 1, 2013, with the jacket and jeans available from February 1, 2013.
The range will also be available online at www.unitriders.com.
Commenting on the tie-up, founder and creative director Everest said the artwork created for the range was based on Lee’s concept “The Goddess Of Noise”.
Lee added that the partnership was a perfect fit.
“I’m stoked to be working with a brand like Unit that encompasses the same ideology as my music,” he said.
“The Unit team did a great job on the range and the fit and quality are right on.”
