Japanese global apparel retailer Uniqlo has announced it will open its third store in Perth at Karrinyup Shopping centre this July.
It will be the first opening for 2020 and create 50 new job opportunities for the local region.
The store at Karrinyup Shopping Centre spanning 942 square meters will have the widest shopfront of all Uniqlo Perth stores by 26 square meters.
A full line-up of LifeWear apparel for men, women, kids and babies will be on offer at the global retailer’s latest Australian store.
Uniqlo Australia COO Kensuke Suwa said he is confident of the market.
“Having opened our first Perth store at Murray Street in August 2018, the announcement of our Karrinyup site reinforces UNIQLO’s confidence in this market.
“We are excited to be making our range of LifeWear clothing more easily accessible to Australians in the area and are looking forward to fostering local talent as well as becoming a key part of the community.”
It woll take the retailer’s store count to 23 in the country.
