Rebel and Under Armour have extended their domestic agreement until 2025.
Rebel will serve as the global brand’s exclusive sporting goods retailer in Australia until that date.
The contract extension continues a partnership that has been in play since Under Armour launched into the Australian market in 2014.
The agreement will see Rebel continue as one of Under Armour’s largest wholesale partners in the Asia Pacific region.
Rebel MD Gary Williams said the partnership comes at a pivotal time.
"Rebel is all about helping Australians ‘dream big’ and Under Armour is a leader behind sporting greats who have ‘achieved big’.
“This partnership is a powerful combination that reflects our shared motivation for innovation, performance and passion and will see Rebel continue to fulfil its vision of inspiring all Australian’s to live out their sporting dreams.”
Under Armour ANZ MD Fernando Reani said it was a significant moment for the global sports brand.
“Rebel has been a fundamental part of our brand growth in Australia, establishing Under Armour as one of the leading sports brands in the country.
"We have achieved so much together during these last six years, and this continued partnership will see Under Armour bring leading innovation and performance solutions to the home of sporting goods in Australia.”
The agreement comes as Rebel also announces a 10-year partnership with fan gear supplier, Fanatics.
