One of the UK's fastest-growing lifestyle brands will unleash an "iconic" flagship in Australia next year.

Ted Baker will open its fourth domestic store in Adelaide with the launch of Rundle Place in March 2013.

The $385 million redevelopment has secured a number of global tenants in recent months, including Canadian trio Point Zero, Joshua Perets and La Vie en Rose.

Ted Baker Australia retail and marketing support representative Lauren Gunston said the new store is set to be a milestone.

"The Rundle Place development will represent the next generation in retail and is poised to become one of the company's iconic stores. Ted couldn't be more proud to be part of it."

Rundle Place is currently 95 per cent leased, with the fashion offering set to be located on the ground level of the four storey centre.

Ted Baker has stores and outlets in the UK, Europe, US, Australasia, Asia and the Middle East.

It opened a three-storey flagship store on New York City's Fifth Avenue in August.
