Next Athleisure chairman Hilton Seskin has secured a new celebrity collaboration.
Next Athleisure subsidiary Glue Store will be the first domestic retailer to stock Australian football player Tim Cahill's menswear line.
Cahill+ is a collaboration between the sport star and UK fashion house Shoreditch London that aims to feature a contemporary sports-luxe range for men.
Seskin believes it's a positive step for the company in staying ahead of the game as operates of Glue Store.
“Glue Store loves being first to market with something new and exciting and the Cahill+ brand resonates well with our vision.
"For us to partner with one of Australia’s most iconic sports individuals is amazing.
"What makes it even more exciting for us is that throughout Tim’s career, he has been a lover of fashion and has always prided himself on being seen wearing the latest trends.
“Tim and his team have managed to create the identity of Tim’s own personality in the Cahill+ range.”
Cahill is confident in passing the ball to the company to increase the brand's presence in the Australian market.
“Both Hilton and I agree that Glue Store is the perfect space for the Cahill+ brand expansion, with the Glue Store team showing serious interest in the Cahill+ aesthetic and wanting to assist in it’s push out to market.”
Cahill+ will available nationally at Glue Stores this August.
