Tommy Hilfiger opens in Mosman, following $124 million takeover

Tommy Hilfiger has opened a new store in Mosman.

It is the 13th store to open in Australia and the latest addition to a growing porfolio of Tommy Hilfiger stores worldwide.

The expansion comes after parent company PVH made a $124 million for the Australian distribution arm.

The new Tommy Hilfiger store opened on International Women's Day, in conjunction with the brand announcing a partnership with the non-profit International Women's Development Agency to create a capsule collection.

It will donate $1 for every item in the capsule collection sold to the organsiation.

The new store spans 130 square metres and showcases the first TommyXZendaya collaboration, designed in by Tommy Hilfiger in partnership with actress and global Tommy Hilfiger brand ambassador Zendaya.

The collection premiered at the Tommynow runway event in Paris on March 2.

Consumers can also purchase th espring 2019 collections for men's and women's sportswear and Tommy Jeans.

There are currently over 1,800 Tommy Hilfiger stores in over 100 countries worldwide.
