G-Star RAW Australia has launched a new in-store campaign aimed at connecting the brand with consumers through live art experiences.
Teaming up with internationally renowned street artist Anthony Lister, also dubbed as Australia’s Banksy, G-Star launched its own in-store 'Lister Live' event.
Taking place in its flagship Sydney World Square store, with over 100 guests through the door, Lister provided an intimate live drawing experience where customers and artist enthusiasts can sketch alongside the artist.
Due to the success of the project G-Star have annocuned plans of recreating this in other interstate flagship stores throughout the year.
The event took place to celebrate the launch of Pharrell’s new collection of 25 printed pants for men and women.
Lister was also commissioned to paint an image on the exterior of the store, inspired by “freedom of choice”. His depiction of this message sees him painting a super hero woman with her first up in the air ready to take on the world.
