Bonds, Windsor Smith and Target have landed on Santa's naughty list this year.
The clothing and footwear giants were named and shamed in a top ten list of advertising complaints for 2013.
The Advertising Standards Bureau chief executive Fiona Jolly said while the number of complaints about individual ads were lower than in previous years, the reasons for complaint were broader.
Bonds was the most complained about ad in the fashion category, with a billboard featuring the word 'boobs' attracting 36 submissions.
Windsor Smith came in at number seven on the list, over a television ad featuring men with tattoos and women in underwear walking against a white background.
Target Australia produced the ninth most complained about ad, with a television campaign referring to breasts as "bangers".
Jolly said while the majority of ads in the most ten complained about list were cleared by the Board, preliminary figures show that approximately 60 ads were found to breach the code this year.
