From St. Xavier has announced its second handbag collection created exclusively for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
The collection comprises three handbag designs and is available at The Met and its online store.
It follows on from the success of the first collection, which launched in November 2018.
The Met head of merchandising and retail Rich Pedott said the partnership and collection continued to showcase the stories of artists, along with fair trade craftsmanship.
"We are pleased to launch this second handbag collection in partnership with From St. Xavier.
"As we continuously work to enhance the merchandise selection of The Met Store, we hope that these pieces will tell the stories of their artistic inspiration from The Met collection and sustainable, fair trade craftsmanship."
Kinzu Brands - the newly formed global distributor of From St. Xavier - CEO Michael Shandler said the brand was thrilled to continue its partnership with the museum.
"We are thrilled to be continuing our partnership with The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
"We are always looking to push the boundaries of the realm in which fashion meets art, and how the two can be merged and interpreted in new ways and are looking forward to continuing to collaborate with The Met for the seasons to come."
From St. Xavier is designed in Australia and works with suppliers in North India to produce its bags.
