The Iconic has bolstered its services for its Sydney customers during lockdown.
The eTailer is offering Sydney shoppers a market first Saturday twilight delivery, allowing customers to shop until 2pm on Saturday to get parcels delivered between 5 and 9pm that night.
The introduction of Saturday twilight delivery follows other customer-centric initiatives rolled out by the eTailer during the pandemic, including its outlet venture, a new consignment model and a pivot into beauty and wellness.
"At The Iconic, we’ve always been there for our customers," The Iconic chief operating officer Anna Lee said of the new delivery initiative.
"And now we are there when it counts most for our Sydney customers during Lockdown 2.0.
"Thanks to the incredible teams across our business and Australia Post Startrack for the epic collaboration in bringing this to life in lightning speed," she said.
The Iconic reports that it clocks 15 million monthly visits to its site.
