Melbourne fashion retailer Gasp is due to appear at the Supreme Court this morning over a dispute with Australian Air Express.
It is alleged the apparel company, which hit headlines last year after a customer complaint went viral, has an unpaid bill of more than $16,000 with the courier company.
The commercial court application, which is listed for this morning, is due to be wrapped up today and if found in favour of Australian Air Express, Gasp could face a heft pay back bill which could cripple the business.
