She's the new head of design for Seduce. And we're bringing her straight to you.

Celebrated Australian designer Magdalena Velevska has been appointed to the position of Seduce head of design.

Veleska brings with her to the company 17 years of industry experience, having worked as a designer for Akira Isogawa, Pablo Nevada, Wayne Cooper, Nicola Finetti and Lisa Ho, as well as her own namesake label that ran up until 2013.

Velevska will join our free industry roundtable next week at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia.

Final registrations to attend will close this week.

Velevska's SS15/16 debut collection for Seduce will drop in May throughout its 22 standalone stores and 130 stockists.

The line features crisp styling, minimal layering and head-to-toe luxe fabrics in colours such as deep maroon, dusty blue and neutral metallic.

She believes the latest collection will reinvigorate the brand while staying true to its signature.

“The interaction of colour, pattern and form create the different tiers within a Seduce collection and offer a level of design and intrigue that appetises our audience, redefining the independent spirit of today's Seduce Girl; Seductive, Strong and Alive.”

Price points for the collection will range from $99.95 to $249.95.

Seduce was founded in 1991 as a men's wholesale business and has since grown as a womenswear label available overseas in New Zealand, China and the United Arab Emirates.
