FTI Consulting, the administrators of Surfstitch, has announced the resignation of the etailer's company secretary.
Stephanie Belton has resigned from the role, effective immediately.
FTI announced it would not look to replace Belton until a final outcome was reached regarding the future of the business.
Surfstitch remains in administration, as the company continues to sell off 'non-essential' areas of the business. Share in the business are still currently suspended.
