Surfstitch Group has lost its chief financial officer and company secretary.
Karen Birner has tendered her resignation and will leave the Group within the next three months.
Surfstitch founder and former chief executive Justin Cameron left the company in March.
In August, the surfwear etailer reported a $154.7 million full year loss.
Surfstitch has vowed a turnaround with workforce reductions globally, a new executive team and a restructure of its American operations.
