Sunglass Hut Australia and New Zealand has announced a new collaboration.
The eyewear chain has collaborated with Doodad + Fandango designer Nikita Majajas to "recognise all the shades of lovers of the LGBTQIA+ community", ahead of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras parade on March 6.
Launching in line with the parade, the jeweler has created a limited edition sunglass chain that will be available with purchases over $350 from select Sunglass Hut stores.
The imited-edition eyewear chain will be available across 10 Sunglass Hut stores, in selected locations across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
The chain is supported by a Lovers Shoot featuring three couples from the LGBTQIA+ Sydney community.
It includes Majajas and her partner Charlie, along with make up artists Sean Brady and partner Zoran, andb singer Montaigne and partner Patrick.
The venture is backed by a partnership with local charity Twenty10, which supports LGBTIQA+, with 10% of associated sales given to the charity.
