Women’s fashion boutique Suede Online has made its internet debut this month.
The new web platform stocks a mix of high-end labels such as Gary Bigeni, 1 Per Diem and Gail Sorronda, as well as fast fashion brands Staple and Wildfox Couture.
The creative mind behind the site, Jamie Lee, said her desire to push herself and look outside the box is what drove her to create the new web domain.
“After being involved in the fashion and modelling industries for a number of years, I knew it was time to take the next step and make my mark in the online fashion world,” Lee said.
“Not only do I want to bring new labels and designers to Australia, I also want to educate people on fashion and illustrate that it’s more than just a piece of clothing – it’s a lifestyle.”
Jewellery lines are a strong element of Suede Online’s collections, with labels such as Adelaide-based El Minara, Estelle Dévé and Mezi available on the site.
Quality pieces from both Australian and international designers can be found, along with some of the most coveted items for any fashion-lover’s wardrobe, says Lee.
Lee carefully chooses pieces that will get her customers through each season and the website has features such as 'Suede Loves’ which details Suede Online’s favourite and top selling pieces, along with suggestions of how to wear each item and what to wear it with.
Lee said her love for fashion and knowledge of the industry has inspired her to source new and exciting labels from across the globe for Suede Online, some of which are currently not available anywhere else in Australia.
