Designer rental etailer GlamCorner has revealed the digits behind its success.
Started in 2012, the online platform offers a range of designer fashion items for around 10-15% of the rental price.
Customers can rent over 800 dresses from over 60 luxury designers, with the etailer on track to offer over 1000 dresses by the end of this month.
GlamCorner has already lent out over $6 million worth of fashion since launching.
This relates to over 50,000 browsing hours on the site and 4.7million page views.
In the last 12 months alone, the business has more than tripled in size, suggesting the luxury rental market is only set to grow.
GlamCorner now boasts a total of 40,000 social followers across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and a growing member database of over 12,000.
The company has also made significant investments into front-end and back-end technology platform over the last 6 months to support future growth.
GlamCorner was started by husband and wife duo Dean and Audrey Khaing-Jones, who both left careers in finance to pursue the venture.
The pair secured early-stage funding with an initial $500K funding round in April 2015.
With a staff count of just eight, GlamCorner has recently appointed key new team members, coming from major ecommerce sites Freelancer.com and Birdsnest.com.au
