Australian womens retailer Sportsgirl is jumping on the collectables bandwagon with the release of bag charms called Sportikins.
The range comes in six styles, including Brave, Kind, Self-love, Growth, Unique and The Secret Sportikin.
The move follows a recent craze over Labubu charms, sparked when k-pop star Lisa from Blackpink posted about her own Labubu keychain in 2024. The dolls originally retailed for around $20, but rare Labubus were being auctioned for tens of thousands of dollars.
Sportgirl’s Sportikins retail for $29.95, and were released early this week via online only. According to the brand’s website, the range is currently sold out, with the retailer in the process of restocking.
“Sportikins are bag charms with a little extra heart,” Sportsgirl managing director Leah Summers said.
“They’re here to remind us to embrace our emotions, express our values with pride and, most importantly, bring a burst of good vibes to every day.”
