Sportsgirl has unveiled its latest nationwide campaign – This Jacket’s Got Your Back - with the launch of a new fashion film.
The one-minute long film is directed by Australian filmmaker Gracie Otto.
It tells the story of a girl and life's daily adventures through the narration of her jacket.
The film stars Australian creative Elfy Scott, who is accompanied by Ruby Campbell, Raenee Sydney and Sam Goodwin.
Otto said she enjoyed working on the collaborative project.
“The best part of coming back to Australia to direct Sportsgirl’s latest campaign was working with some cool, young, new talent and collaborating with an iconic Australian brand.”
Through the collaboration, and with Gracie Otto’s mentorship, Scott showcased her writing ability by scripting the film’s voiceover narrative.
As part of the campaign, Sportsgirl will give away 100 jackets across stores nationally from March 10 to 11.
The latest Sportsgirl collection features a range of jackets including leopard print crombies to silk black bombers with oriental embroidery.
