Directors at Gasp fashion house can breath a sigh of relief as a court case against them was today dismissed.
Representatives from the apparel label appeared at the Supreme Court in Melbourne this morning over a dispute with Australian Air Express.
It was alleged the Melbourne-based apparel business had failed to pay a bill of more than $16,000 to the courier company.
A spokesman from the court told ragtrader.com.au that Justice John Efthim had dismissed the case but the full facts behind the dismissal were not yet available.
Gasp and Australian Air Express were not available to comment. Keep an eye on this website for updates.
