Danielle Haddrick, the chief executive officer of Australian fashion label Shona Joy, is stepping down from her lead role.
Haddrick confirmed the news on LinkedIn, saying she is planning to begin her next chapter.
The exiting CEO started with Shona Joy eight years ago in a wholesale role and scaled the leadership ladder since, including as general manager and chief operations officer.
Haddrick was CEO since November 2024.
“Helping to support the brand’s expansion into a truly global business has been an incredibly rewarding journey,” she shared on LinkedIn. “I’m deeply grateful for the trust placed in me by Shona and so proud of what we built together as a team.
“Thank you to my wonderful Shona Joy family and the many partners who have contributed to this chapter. Together we navigated extraordinary periods of change – from the pandemic to tariffs and ongoing trade disruptions. It has been such an honour to lead and learn from so many talented, hard-working and inspiring individuals.”
Haddrick is preparing to shift into motherhood and spend time on a few “passion projects”, while seeing what comes next.
Ragtrader has reached out to Shona Joy to learn who will replace Haddrick.
