Tyvall Pty Ltd, trading as Rodeo Show, has appointed liquidators.
According to a notice filed with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, a general meeting of members of the company was held on October 21.
It was resolved the company be wound up and that Kong Yao Chin be appointed liquidator.
It it understood the company ceased trading prior to the appointment, with a creditors report to be issued next week.
Founded in 2003, Rodeo Show had eight stand-alone stores at its peak as well as an online store and sights on international growth.
Calls by ragtrader.com.au to the head office have gone unanswered.
Consumers on its social media platforms have also struggled to contact the retailer.
