Australian fashion label Sheike has just launched its own loyalty program in a bid to connect better with customers.

The new program covers four distinct membership levels, each offering progressively elevated rewards. This includes earning with every purchase things like first access to shop new collections, priority entry for seasonal sales, VIP event invitations, and more personalised benefits.

Members can also access a digital membership card and a ‘Status Hold’ feature that lets members maintain their tier benefits by freezing their status for up to 12 months.

“Our new loyalty program marks an exciting first for our brand,” Sheike head of digital and CRM Mel Grafton said. “It goes beyond points and perks – it’s a way to celebrate our community and build deeper, more meaningful connections with our customers.

“We want to thank her for being part of our journey and give back in a way that feels personal, seamless, and truly valuable.”

The program launch comes 46 years after the brand was first founded by George Lazaridis in Sydney.

Today the brand has over 50 stores nationwide and a shopping website, offering a range of women's apparel, including dresses, tops, playsuits and accessories.
