Luxury jewellery brand Secrets has announced the launch of two new Queensland stores over the next two months as part of its plans for expansion.

Plans for continued expansion were revealed publicly in March by former Michael Hill CEO Mike Parsell and Secrets founding director Jane Meredith.

The two new stores set to open will be located in Westfield Carindale, Brisbane, set to open in June and Caneland Central in Mackay, which is due to launch in July.

Parsell, who is now Secrets co-managing director following his defection in April, said the new stores were in response to consumer demand but would also provide brand consolidation within the city of Brisbane.

“We’re honoured to be providing local employment and the opportunity for consumers to own luxe looks for less.

“Even in challenging times, people are still prepared to pay for the little luxuries in life that bring them happiness. Secrets is eminently affordable to everyone, so we like to think we’re a brilliant proposition.”

Secrets stores are currently located in Noosa, Chermside, Indooroopilly, Pacific Fair in Queensland, Sydney, NSW, Carillon City, WA and Chadstone and Melbourne CBD in Victoria.
