Australian unisex fashion chain Satch Clothing has reached out to its customer database in a bid to rebuild the business post-administration.

As reported in www.ragtrader.com.au, the label was placed into liquidation last month following a lengthy public and competitive trade sale process. The saga concluded with the sale of Satch assets and businesses to parties related to the founder and director, Jim Sachinidis.

The brand is now working to bring the business back to strength and yesterday sent a mobile text message to its regular customer database announcing the company's comeback.

The message read: “Satch has regained control of their boutique stores. To celebrate we are offering our customers 30 per cent off full price spring/summer 201, women's collection 15 per cent off access. Thursday, November 17 – Sunday, November 20.”

The brand is also in the process of rebuilding its website, which will also incorporate an e-commerce platform.

Satch Clothing was established in 1996 and owned by Mr Sachinidis and Noray Semercioglu from Melbourne. The brand originally operated 14 stores across Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.

Sachinidis now owns only nine stores across Melbourne, Perth and Sydney which he bought from administrators BDO partners, including inventory, store fittings, lease obligations and employee entitlements. The stores will now operate under a new corporate structure.
