The demise of yet another Australian fashion boutique has been announced - just days after the collapse of Sydney-based Belinda International.
Home-grown Satch clothing, which has 14 stores across Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, was placed under administration on September 1.
BDO partners Stephen Robert Dixon and Laurence Andrew Fitzgerald have been appointed administrators of the boutique men and women's fashion chain.
The administrators are continuing to trade in its stores and are seeking immediate expressions of interest.
A spokesman from BDO said: “Notification has been sent to all creditors of Satch advising them of Mr Dixon and Mr Fitzgerald’s appointment.”
Expressions of interest in taking over Satch need to be made by September 9 and the first creditors meeting will be held on September 13.
