Iconic Australian label sass & bide has made an executive decision to fuel growth of the brand's global footprint.

The brand has confirmed the appointment of IE Agency as its digital partner for the entire digital portfolio to “ensure the ever-growing customer expectations across all channels are met”.

As previously reported on ragtrader.com.au, the move follows confirmation last week that sass & bide had cut ties with its digital agency of four years, WeAreDigital.

Going forward, IE Agency is expected to help sass & bide “overhaul” its e-commerce platform “to empower exceptional customer experience and best practice across both online and in-store retail touch-points”.

sass & bide marketing manager Julie Georgiadis said that, as a Magento Gold Partner and being retail focused, IE Agency were the right fit to drive the brand's unique vision.

IE Agency managing partner Dean Flynn said he is “elated” at the fresh partnership.

IE Agency is set to commence work on sass & bide’s digital offering immediately.
