Sambag will launch a new website this month with a new digital provider.

Sambag’s new website will have several exciting functions, including a creatively designed responsive homepage.

The new site will also feature easier functionality and navigation, particularly for mobile usage, which has proven to be the most popular form of browsing for Sambag.

Search and filter tools will be introduced that will allow Sambag customers to search by size, colour and fabrication for easy browsing.

A full email integration system will also be established, helping to develop better customer engagement and segmentation.

Opportunities for links and sharing via social media are also aimed at engaging with its social media fan base.

A new online merchandising feature will allow for customer recommendations, whilst a gift voucher option will offer customers the option to write a personal message.

Perhaps most significant will be the introduction of a customer account function, which will allow browsers to create their own accounts on the site, including their own dashboard that helps them to track their orders and change their customer preferences.

The new site will also feature enhanced check-‐out opportunities.

Since Sambag’s humble beginnings at Paddington Markets in 1998, the brand has expanded rapidly, with a suite of 12 bricks and mortar boutiques across NSW, QLD, VIC and WA.

The development of Sambag’s online boutique will allow the company to continue its strong growth and expansion into the international market.
