Salomon is expanding its Australian retail footprint with a new store at Highpoint Shopping Centre in Melbourne's west.
The new store is set to open tomorrow, May 30, with the French-born brand marking the occasion with a launch weekend that combines in-store activations and community events.
On opening day, the first 50 customers in line will go into the draw to win a year's supply of Salomon footwear, with all opening day guests also receiving a gift pack including a tote bag and an exclusive Highpoint-branded tee.
The new store has been positioned as a community hub centred on movement and outdoor culture, in line with the brand's broader retail philosophy.
Following the opening, Salomon will partner with local running group Run West for a community gravel run on Friday, June 6, open to participants of all abilities.
A post-run gathering will feature catering from A1 Bakery, drinks and live music.
The Highpoint opening forms part of Salomon's continued expansion across Australia, bringing Salomon’s total store count in Australia to seven, including an outlet store in South Wharf, Victoria.
Globally, Salomon has over 200 stores.
