Sportswear giant Running Bare has stepped up to take the brand to the next level and strengthen its local presence.

The label, which just last year launched a custom e-commerce platform for its three brands – Running Bare, Wahine and Rival Swimwear – has confirmed it will now invest it expanding its retail network.

Running Bare has launched two stand-alone stores in Perth, Western Australia this month, to complement the company's current presence through Rebel Sport stores nationwide, as well as the Running Bare online store, other selected boutiques and e-tailers.

The stores are located at Challenge Stadium in Mount Claremont and Arena Joondalup in Joondalup.

The move by Running Bare to boost its retail network and establish stand-alone concept stores also comes hot on the heels of Running Bare's 30th Birthday celebrations, which kicked off earlier this month.

Running Bare was first launched in 1983 in Sydney, Australia, and specialises in women’s sports, active, and leisure wear. Running Bare also operates fashion swimwear label Wahine, and performance swimwear label Rival.
