Rolex is set to join Sydney Airport’s T1 International fashion precinct.

It is the final brand to join a lineup of premium vendors, including Michael Kors, Burberry, Coach and Gucci.

The Rolex store is set to open in the second quarter of 2017.

The boutique is presented by Swiss Watch Gallery and owned by Asia’s luxury retail specialist, Valiram.

Sydney Airport GM Retail Glyn Williams welcomed the final addition to the fashion precinct.

“We are absolutely delighted to be the first airport in Australia to house a standalone Rolex boutique at our T1 International fashion precinct,” Williams said.

“World famous for its performance and reliability, it’s the perfect fit for our evolving passenger who seeks a contemporary shopping experience with exceptional choice.”

The 130m2 store will offer an interior with a never-before-seen design.

Surfaces feature textural glass, metal and bronze detailing.

The store exterior will present a double-height, eight-metre façade in keeping with the wider 1,900m2 precinct design.
