Rivers sees 50% lift in new users thanks to department store strategy
Mosaic Brands has revealed to Ragtrader how its online department store strategy is working within its Rivers brand.
The strategy, which was accelerated during COVID, saw Mosaic expand its SKUs online from 250,000 to 350,000 – taking it into new categories.
In Rivers, the strategy has helped Mosaic attract new customers, with new users increasing 50% compared to last year.
Meanwhile, site traffic was up 30% on last year.
CEO Scott Evans said the business will continue to expand the strategy going forward.
"We have very ambitious plans for our department store strategy – you can expect our categories, brands and products to grow at a rapid rate.
"We listen very hard to what our customer have to say and adapt to what they want – one week Oodies was top of the list!" he said.
