Embattled value retailer Rivers is shuttering three warehouses in regional Victoria: Hill Street, Yarrowee Street and Pickers Street.
The closures will roll out in coming months and affect 130 employees.
Specialty Fashion Group, owner of Rivers, has struggled to turn the retailer's fortunes since acquiring it for $3.6 million in 2013.
While the group's womenswear business reported strong earnings in 2015, Rivers posted a $21.6 million loss for the year.
The Group is currently pursuing a turnaround strategy to ensure Rivers hits profitability in 2017.
Specialty Fashion Group operates Rivers, Katies, Millers and City Chic.
