Retail Show Australia will return to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 22–24 September 2026, bringing together retailers, brands, technology providers and industry leaders from Australia, New Zealand and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

For fashion, footwear, beauty and lifestyle businesses, the event will focus on practical challenges including changing customer expectations, omnichannel delivery, inventory visibility, loyalty and more efficient store operations.

The exhibition will feature solutions across e-commerce and omnichannel, AI and intelligent retail, payments and POS, shopfitting and store design, retail security and connected store operations. The Microsoft Innovation Hub will showcase emerging AI, data and digital solutions, while the Future Store Zone will demonstrate automation, computer vision, smart shelving, frictionless checkout and connected store experiences.

The conference programme will open with former David Jones and Australian Retailers Association CEO Paul Zahra in conversation with MST Marquee senior retail analyst Craig Woolford. Speakers from David Jones, Microsoft, Google Cloud and other industry organisations will explore consumer change, loyalty, supply chain, store experience and practical retail AI.

Representatives from Nike, New Balance, H&M, Christian Dior, Country Road Group, Accent Group, APG & Co, Sportscraft, Oroton, Sheike, Mecca Brands, David Jones and Myer are among those currently registered to attend.
