After 35 years operating solely in Sydney, Wanted Shoes has broken with tradition.

The footwear chain has announced the opening of its second interstate store on Little Collins Street in Melbourne.

Recently acquired by the Munro family, Wanted Shoes Managing Director Jay Munro said this is a major move for the brand.

“Taking the brand nationally has been an objective since purchasing the business in May and we are excited to be making this a reality.”

Melbourne consumers will have access to  many leading Australian brands including Tony Bianco, Mollini, Windsor Smith and exclusive styles under Wanted’s signature private label.

“Wanted Shoes has developed a strong following in NSW and we’ll continue to expand its presence across Australia”, Munro said.

Wanted currently has 17 boutiques in NSW, 1 in QLD and 1 in VIC.
