Australian designer label Rachel Gilbert has opened a pop-up experience within English department store Harrods. 

The pop-up is a first for the brand in the department store, building on the nine-year relationship between the businesses. 

The elevated shopping experience draws inspiration from the brand's Australian roots, showcasing the earthy colour palette and textural landscape that is featured in the Australian Rachel Gilbert boutiques.

Speaking on the milestone, Rachel Gilbert director, Rachel Gilbert said it was a highlight for the brand to open the pop-up. 

"Having a long-standing relationship with Harrods and having them be a part of the brands evolvement over the years, we are extremely excited to be able to bring the style and presence of our Australian to our global customers in the UK," she said.

The Rachel Gilbert pop-up is located on level one of Harrods and opened on March 16. It will be open to customers for six weeks. 

The brand joins fellow Aussie label Aje, that has also recently opened a pop-up space within Harrods.
