Australian eyewear brand Quay has launched its second collaboration collection with multi-platinum, award-winning singer and rapper Lizzo.  

The launch includes eight styles and includes both best-selling styles and new limited-edition styles with genuine crystal embellishments. 

Building on the philanthropic donations made in the first collection, Quay will donate 50,000 meals to Foodbank Victoria to combat hunger in households that are impacted by COVID-19. 

The business will also donate $100k to the US-based NAACP Legal Defence and Educational Fund Inc. (LDF), and the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law to lift barriers to voting in the US.

Quay CEO Jodi Bricker said that the business launched a second collection with Lizzo because she stands for what the business is focused on during this time. 

"[Lizzo] represents what we are standing for in this moment.

"The importance of representation, of having a voice and using it to advocate for yourself and others, of being an active participant in our communities.

"Lizzo is all of these things, and with it, strikes the perfect balance of sharing the messages that matter and still spreading the joy that is her.

"It’s an honour for us to stand with her to confront these injustices and support the fight for voter access," she said. 

The second Quay x Lizzo collection is available now on the Quay website and retails for between $65-$145.
