PVH Brands Australia has promoted Simon Mc Chesney-Clark as the new president and CEO of its Australia and New Zealand arm.

Mc Chesney-Clark succeeds Craig Barnett, who announced his retirement last week after 25 years with the business. PVH is the global retail group behind Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

The newly promoted lead brings more than three decades of retail, brand and operational experience to his appointment.

For 25 years, MC Chesney-Clark was the group GM of retail and property at True Alliance, a company that has managed the local operations of brands such as The North Face, Lacoste, Coach, Ben Sherman and others.

He then joined PVH ANZ in 2021 as senior VP of direct to consumer, leading the group’s retail, wholesale, sales and operations teams in the market and having oversight for property, visual merchandising and e-commerce.

According to PVH, Mc Chesney-Clark’s leadership of the direct-to-consumer teams has enabled a consistent and elevated consumer experience for its brands across all touchpoints.
